Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to quotes, orders and purchases from JRG Investment & Holdings LLC, trading as JRG Prints. Placing an order means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you give us — product, quantity, decoration and delivery date. They are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and may change if your requirements change or if a supplier’s pricing or stock changes before you accept. We will always tell you before a price changes.
Your Artwork
This section matters more than any other, so it is stated plainly.
By sending us artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that reproducing it on merchandise does not infringe anyone else’s trademark, copyright or other rights. We produce what you supply and are not able to verify ownership of logos, names, images or designs.
You agree to be responsible for any claim brought against us arising from artwork you supplied. We may decline any job where we believe artwork infringes someone’s rights, and we will tell you why.
You keep ownership of your artwork. We keep ownership of mockups, layouts and setup files we create, and we will not use your artwork to promote our business without your permission.
Proof Approval
We provide a free mockup for every order. Nothing goes into production until you approve it. Your approval confirms the artwork, placement, product, colors, sizes and quantities.
Please check spelling, names, dates and numbers carefully. Once approved, errors present in the mockup become the basis of what we produce, and are covered by our refund and returns policy.
Production and Delivery
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from design approval to delivery. Your confirmed delivery date is stated on your quote. We plan against your date and tell you before you order if we do not believe it is achievable.
Delivery dates are estimates made in good faith. Supplier stock, carrier delays and events outside our control can affect them. We will tell you as soon as we know of a delay, and we will not let a date pass in silence.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Product Variations
Custom merchandise is not manufactured to the tolerances of a machined part. Small variations are normal and are not defects:
- Garment measurements vary within the manufacturer’s stated tolerance.
- Color reproduction differs between screens and fabric, and between fabric types.
- Decoration placement varies slightly between individual items.
- Fabric dye lots vary between production runs, so a reorder may differ subtly from your first order.
Payment
Payment is by card and is due in full when you approve your quote — we do not take deposits or split payments. Production begins once your artwork approval and payment are in. Title to the goods stays with us until payment has been received in full.
Cancellations
Cancellation is free at any point before you approve the mockup. After approval, see the refund and returns policy.
Our Responsibility to You
If we get something wrong, we will replace the affected items or refund them. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example lost profit, or the cost of an event proceeding without merchandise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Using This Website
Site content, including text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Prices shown are for single items and may change; your quote is the authority on price for your order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and disputes are subject to the courts of Illinois.
