Pricing for Custom Branded Merchandise
Here is what things start at, and what moves the number. Most quotes come back within a few dollars of these prices, and the ones that come back lower are the larger orders.
Starting Prices
| Category | Starts at |
|---|---|
| T-shirts and apparel | $19.99 |
| Sweatshirts and hoodies | $33.99 |
| Polos | $45.99 |
| Hats and headwear | $29.99 |
| Bags and totes | $19.00 |
| Drinkware | $15.00 |
These are decorated prices, not blank prices. Your logo is already included.
Orders of 25 pieces or more price lower per item. The exact figure comes with your quote, because it depends on the product and where the order ships.
Why Larger Orders Cost Less Per Piece
Worth being straight about the mechanism, because it explains both why the discount is real and why it is not unlimited.
The biggest effect is shipping, which spreads across the order. On a single item it is a meaningful share of what you pay. Across twenty-five it becomes small. On top of that, many of our products qualify for volume pricing on production as well — it depends on the item and the supplier, and we confirm what applies in your quote. Decoration itself does not get cheaper: your logo on the twentieth shirt costs about what it cost on the first.
Tee volume pricing — real numbers
| Quantity (same design) | Custom T-Shirt, per piece |
|---|---|
| 1–49 | $19.99 |
| 50–99 | $17.99 |
| 100+ | $16.99 |
Per piece, one design, shipped to one address — full color included at every quantity. Hoodies, long sleeves and crewnecks also qualify for volume pricing: put your quantity on the quote request and we price it exactly. Non-apparel items (hats, drinkware, bags) are priced per piece at any quantity.
Give $25, get $25
Know another team, league, band or business that needs merch? When someone you refer places their first order of $250 or more, they get $25 off, and you get $25 off your next order of $250 or more. Just have them put your name in the “Referred by” field on the quote request — we apply both credits on the quote, no codes needed. Referring a band for a hosted merch store? You get a $25 credit as soon as their store goes live.
The practical consequence: the jump from 1 to 25 pieces is significant, and the jump from 25 to 250 is much less so. If you are weighing order sizes, that is the curve to have in mind. It also means we are honest about where we compete — for very large single-design runs, a traditional screen printer will usually beat us on price, and we will tell you that rather than waste your time.
What Moves Your Price
- Quantity. The single biggest factor, for the reason above.
- The product itself. A heavyweight garment-dyed tee costs more than a standard cotton one. Both are good; they are for different things, and we will tell you which fits your budget.
- Decoration method. Embroidery, direct-to-film printing, sublimation, UV printing, and laser engraving each price differently and each suits different products. We pick the right one for the job rather than defaulting to one.
- Number of print locations. A front-only design is our standard rate. Add a back or a sleeve and it costs more to produce, so it is included in your quote rather than published as a surcharge.
- Timeline. Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from design approval to delivery. Rush timelines are available and priced with the order.
What You Never Pay For
- Screen setup fees. We do not screen print, so there are no screens to burn.
- Per-color charges. A forty-color design costs the same to decorate as a one-color design. Gradients and photographs are not a problem.
- Dark garment surcharges. Printing on black costs the same as printing on white.
- Mockups. Always free, on every quote, before you commit to anything.
- Mockup revisions. Moving your logo, resizing it, changing the garment color — adjust it as many times as you need.
If you have shopped screen printing before, the first three are usually where the quote grows past the number you were quoted. Not here.
Design Services
If you already have a logo, send it and we will adapt it to your products at no charge. If you need artwork created or redrawn:
- Orders of 25 pieces or more: basic design work is free, with two rounds of revisions included.
- Orders under 25 pieces: $50 flat, with two rounds of revisions. We credit it back in full if your order reaches 25 pieces.
Detailed illustration or full brand identity work is quoted separately, and we will say so before starting rather than after. Either way, we will review whatever file you have for free and tell you honestly whether it will reproduce well — a low-resolution logo that looks fine on screen often will not hold up embroidered on a hat, and it is better to find that out now.
Common Questions
Is there a minimum order?
No hard minimum. We do not screen print, so there are no screen setup fees to spread across an order, which is what creates minimums everywhere else. Pricing does improve meaningfully at 25 pieces and up, and most projects land between 25 and 150.
Can I order a sample before committing?
Yes. A single piece is priced at the starting rates above. For a team order where sizing matters, it is often worth doing.
Do you price-match?
Not as a policy. If you have a competing quote, send it over — we will tell you plainly whether we can beat it or whether you should take it. On very large single-color runs, sometimes you should.
What if I need it faster than 7–10 business days?
Tell us the date up front. We plan backward from it and confirm in writing on your quote whether standard production makes it or whether the order needs a rush timeline.
