Shipping and Turnaround

If you have a date, this is the page you need. Everything below is written so you can work backward from an event, a season opener, or an onboarding start and know whether it is going to make it.

Standard Turnaround

7–10 business days from design approval to delivery.

Note where the clock starts. It begins when you approve the mockup, not when you first email us. That is deliberate, and it works in your favor: the part of the timeline you control is not counted against you, and the part we control is the part we are committing to.

The Timeline, Step by Step

  • Quote: usually same or next business day. Faster if you include quantity and date up front.
  • Mockup: after you pick a direction. Free, and revised until it is right.
  • Your approval: however long you need. Nothing moves until this happens, and this is where most timelines actually slip — not in production.
  • Production: typically 2–4 business days.
  • Transit: a few days on top, depending on where it is going.

The published 7–10 day figure has deliberate slack in it. We would rather tell you ten days and deliver in seven than the reverse.

Working Backward From a Date

Tell us the date on your quote request and we will plan against it rather than discovering it late. A rough rule for planning purposes:

If your event is…Get the quote request in by…
In 4+ weeksComfortable. No rush needed.
In 3 weeksFine, if artwork is ready.
In 2 weeksDoable. Approve the mockup quickly.
Under 2 weeksAsk. Sometimes yes, sometimes not — we will tell you straight.

Your confirmed delivery date goes in writing on your quote. If we do not think a date is achievable, we say so before you order rather than apologizing afterwards.

Where It Ships

Orders ship directly to the address you give us — your office, a venue, or a home. We ship across Chicagoland and nationwide.

Most orders ship to a single address. If your group needs items going to many individual addresses, a hosted online merch store is the right tool — each person orders their own size and shipping is built into the price. Something in between? Describe it on your quote and we will tell you what is possible. If half your team is in the office and half is remote, or the shirts go to one place and the drinkware to another, say so on the quote and we will plan around it. This is a common request and not a complicated one.

What Actually Causes Delays

Being honest about this is more useful than promising it never happens.

  • Waiting on approval. By far the most common. The mockup sits in someone’s inbox over a weekend and three days disappear.
  • Artwork that will not reproduce. Caught early with a free file review, and a real delay if it is caught late. See Design Guidelines.
  • Stock on a specific color and size. Rare, and the reason we ask for a size breakdown early rather than at the end.
  • Peak season. Q4 and back-to-school run tighter. Build in an extra week if you are ordering then.

If something does slip, you hear it from us when we know, not when the date passes.

Have a Deadline?

Put the date on your quote request. We will confirm in writing whether standard production makes it, or whether the order needs a rush timeline.
