What We Collect, and Why

When you request a quote. Our quote form asks for your name, email address, organization, product type, estimated quantity, timeline, project notes, and how you found us. You may also upload a logo or design file. We use this to prepare your quote and to communicate with you about your project. Without it we cannot quote.

When you place an order. We collect billing and shipping details, order contents and payment confirmation. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

If you opt in to marketing. The quote form has an unticked optional checkbox for occasional emails about products and ideas. If you tick it, we add your email to our mailing list. If you do not, we only email you about your inquiry or order.

When you browse the site. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and where visitors come from. This tells us which pages are useful and which are not. It records page views, approximate location, device type and referring site.

Artwork and Logo Files

Files you send us are used to produce your mockup and your order, and are kept so that a reorder matches your first order exactly. We do not use your artwork for anything else, and we do not display your logo or name as a client reference without asking you first.

If you would like your artwork deleted, email us and we will remove it.

Who We Share Data With

We share only what is necessary to fulfill your order or run the site:

  • Our production partners — your artwork, order contents and shipping address, so your order can be made and delivered.
  • Our email provider — your email address, so quotes, order updates and any newsletter you opted into can reach you.
  • Google Analytics — anonymous usage data about site visits.
  • Our web host — which stores the site and its data.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working, to remember you if you log in, and for Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and account areas may not work correctly if you do.

How Long We Keep It

Quote requests and order records are kept while you are an active customer and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe. Analytics data expires on Google’s own schedule.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Email [email protected] and we will respond.

Deleting information does not extend to records we are required to keep for tax or accounting reasons.

Children

This site is intended for business customers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be notified to customers by email.
