How It Works: From Logo to Delivered Order
Ordering branded merchandise for the first time should not feel like a gamble. Here is exactly what happens between your first message and a box of finished product, so there are no surprises in the middle.
The Five Steps
1. Tell us about the project
Send us the quantity, the date you need it by, and what the merchandise is for. You do not need a finished design or a final headcount — a rough number and a deadline are enough to start.
2. We curate options and price them
You get a short list of products chosen for your budget and use case, priced at your actual quantity. Not a catalog to sort through — a recommendation you can act on.
3. We build your mockup, free
Once you pick a direction, we produce a mockup showing your logo on the actual product. Mockups are always free, and we will review your artwork and tell you honestly whether it will reproduce well before you commit to anything.
4. You approve it
Nothing goes into production until you say yes. If something is off — the logo placement, the color, the size breakdown — we revise it. Revisions are included.
5. We produce and deliver
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from design approval to delivery. Your confirmed delivery date is written into your quote, and rush timelines are available when an event date does not leave room for standard production.
What You Never Pay For
- Mockups. Always free, on every quote.
- Artwork review. Send us whatever file you have and we will tell you if it will work before you order.
- Mockup revisions. Moving your logo, resizing it, changing the garment color — adjust it as many times as you need.
- Screen setup fees. We do not screen print, so there are no screens to burn and no per-color charges. A full-color design costs the same to decorate as a one-color one.
The one exception is design work. If we need to create or redraw artwork from scratch, that is free on orders of 25 pieces or more, and $50 flat under 25 — credited back in full if your order reaches 25. Two rounds of revisions either way. Full detail on Pricing.
What We Need From You
Three things get a quote moving: a quantity, even a rough one; a date you need the order in hand; and your logo in whatever format you have it. A vector file is ideal, but a decent PNG is usually workable, and if what you have will not reproduce cleanly we will say so early rather than after production.
You can attach your logo directly to the quote form, or send it after. Neither will hold up your quote.
How Long It Takes
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from design approval to delivery. The clock starts when you approve the mockup, not when you first get in touch — which means the timeline is in your control at the point where it matters most.
Working backward from an event date is the right way to plan. Tell us the date and we will confirm in writing whether standard production makes it, or whether the order needs a rush timeline.
